Shipping Policy
At Journey Soap Bar, we want to ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner. We ship all of our products via USPS, and we kindly ask for your patience as we process your order for shipping. Please allow up to 2 to 3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.
If you are in need of your order sooner, we understand! Simply leave a note with your order specifying your request, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
During the Spring and Summer seasons, we want to make you aware that our Body Butters and Skin Moisturizers may melt while in transit. This is due to the warmer temperatures. However, there's no need to worry! If you receive a melted product, simply refrigerate it for about 30 minutes or so, and it will return to its original consistency.
Once your package has been shipped, we will provide you with tracking information so that you can keep an eye on its progress. Please note that once the package is in transit, we are not responsible for any delays or issues that may occur. If you encounter any problems with the delivery, such as a lost or stolen package, we recommend filing a claim with USPS.
If you believe that your package was damaged during transit, please send us proof of the damage, such as pictures, and we will address the issue right away. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want to ensure that you receive your products in perfect condition.
